The apartment Over the Rooftops

In an original Plattenbau (high rise) from the 60s – lovingly reconstructed and decorated, based on the charm of this era.
2 rooms and 60 square metres on the 9th floor – which gives you a great urban view from the balcony. And don't worry about the stairs – luckily there's a lift. It's very bright and sunlit. Wake up to the morning sun in kitchen and bedroom. Enjoy a cosy evening with the setting sun in living room and on the balcony.

Landing Getting to the big B

From wherever you arrive, the holiday flat is quick and easy to access.
Berlin-Tegel: Bus TXL to Alexanderplatz, then one stop by S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7 or S75) to Jannowitzbrücke, from there it's a 10 minute walk to the flat or bus TXL to Alexanderplatz, then two stops by underground (U5) to Strausberger Platz, from there it's a 5 minute walk to the flat.

Berlin-Schönefeld: Regional train RE7 or RB14 to Alexanderplatz. Or by S-Bahn (S9) to Jannowitzbrücke. Then as described above.

Berlin-Hauptbahnhof: by bus 142 directly to Singerstraße/corner Andreasstraße. By S-Bahn (S3, S5, S7 or S75) to Jannowitzbrücke.

By the way, in Berlin there is the so-called "waving-fare" for free (illuminated sign on roof) passing taxis, if you're not travelling far. For 5,00 € you will be transported for 1,24 miles. Attention: after that the meter switches to normal fare.

The low cost version for a city tour is the bus 100 – for only € 2,70 it takes you from Alexanderplatz trough the entire city centre, right to Zoologischer Garten.
